Dedicated to our late founder and visionary Malcolm Isaac MBE, the Cuvée M. Isaac Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2011 is an exceptional wine sourced from our maiden harvest on our 60 acre estate. Disgorged in June 2019, the wine has spent 7 years ageing on lees and a further 7 years under cork. Only 400 bottles produced.
Product Description
Golden in colour, this alluring wine perfectly combines a pure freshness with dark smokey salted caramel notes. A long and honeyed finish marks the true quality of this rare release.
