Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2013
A rare late release with 11 years on lees. Our Blanc de Blancs 2013 is the longest aged English wine of its kind from the 2013 vintage. It offers a rare level of depth, complexity and maturity for serious wine-lovers.

Product Description
Made from 100% estate-grown Chardonnay, the Blanc de Blancs 2013 shows a bright golden colour. The nose opens with fresh honeycomb and marzipan, leading to a palate of brioche, stewed apple and candied macadamia. A firm, crunchy acidity carries the wine through to a clean, complex finish with a distinctive saline edge.
The 2013 vintage was defined by an extended ripening period, with a late,
warm summer allowing the fruit to develop slowly and fully on the vine.
This long season delivered Chardonnay with both depth of flavour and natural
balance, providing an ideal foundation for long ageing.

Chef’s Choice
Pair with scallops with beurre blanc, parmesan-based dishes and mushroom risotto.
I’ve always found Chardonnay the most rewarding grape to work with at Exton Park. It responds so clearly to both the season and the site. With 2013, the extended ripening gave us the chance to build real depth while retaining freshness and balance.
