Cuveé M. Isaac Blanc de Blanc Vintage 2015 'BBB'
Dedicated to our late founder, the Cuvée M. Isaac Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2015 Barrel-aged Before Bottling – or the ‘BBB’ – is our next winemaking innovation.
Sourced exclusively from the estate’s oldest Chardonnay vines during the 2015 vintage, the BBB was fermented, kept and stirred in barrels over three years to better understand the effect that longer oak ageing would have on English sparkling wine.
Product Description
The third single varietal Pinot Meunier Rosé released by Exton Park. Bottled in 2015 and disgorged in 2025, the wine offers a fragrant nose of rose water, lychee and almond with a sophisticated and vibrant palate of black cherry, white peach and strawberry liquorice.
Vintage
This wine is the third release from our 2014 vintage stable, a standout year at Exton Park with a long, warm Indian summer. The weather created perfect ripening conditions for the Pinot Meunier and a larger yield.

I have always considered this variety like a mischievous teenager. It takes a lot of energy and experience to handle the vines but it’s so rewarding to see what they give back.
The chalk creates fantastic precision and minerality in the Pinot Meunier offering a very distinctive personality. Our 2014 expression is refined and elegant, perfect for pairing with seafood, spicy meats and hard cheeses.
