Made from 100% Pinot Meunier picked from our meticulously trained fourth plot, this exquisite wine combines a complex, developed nose with subtle oriental characteristics. The palate offers incredible intricacy and remarkable purity, with freshly cut flowers, white peach and bright tangerine notes.
As one of the biggest unsung heroes of the winemaking world, Pinot Meunier lacks the global fame of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, largely due to its reputation as a great blending variety. In the right expert hands, it’s possible to get so much more out of Pinot Meunier, especially when grown on the chalky slopes of Exton Park.
