60 Above was aged in the traditional method, 60 metres above sea level in Exton Park’s wine cellar. With a WineGB Gold medal and 94 points awarded from Decanter, this standout wine has already amassed huge critical acclaim.

But it is the barnacle-covered 60 Below that is truly revolutionary. Aged 60 metres beneath the sea, off the coast of Brittany, this is the first-ever English sparkling wine to embrace the mysteries of the deep. It is thought that the constant movement of the water on bottles whilst they are still on lees has the potential to develop the wine in a different way.
