Coming in the Autumn of 2025, this extraordinary pair of Blanc de Noirs Vintage 2014 wines offer a unique opportunity to be part of this ground-breaking wine tasting experiment.

Both wines hail from the esteemed 2014 vintage, a year known for its exquisite conditions for English winemaking. However, it’s their ageing process that sets them apart.

60 Above was aged in the traditional method, 60 metres above sea level in Exton Park’s wine cellar.

But it is the barnacle-covered 60 Below that is truly revolutionary. Aged 60 metres beneath the sea, off the coast of Brittany, this our second wine to embrace the mysteries of the deep following our Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2014 released in 2023. It is thought that the constant movement of the water on bottles whilst they are still on lees has the potential to develop the wine in a different way.

The time has now come to unveil the next part of this extraordinary experiment to unlock the mystery surrounding this complex ageing process.
