Michelin Star dining at Exton Hall
Last Friday, we were lucky enough to host a spectacular dining debut at Exton Hall… award-winning chef, Simon Rogan, and his talented team from 3 Michelin Star restaurant L’Enclume in Cumbria travelled down to Exton Park to treat our guests to a seasonal four course menu.
With dishes sourced from Simon’s homegrown produce, the mouth-watering menu featured a wine flight, carefully selected by Corinne, our winemaker.
Hampshire-born chef Simon felt right at home at our 60 acre vineyard.
“There’s perfect synergy between Exton Park’s use of the land and the small-scale sustainable farming at our farm in the Lake District. It’s a synergy that I have great affinity with.”
“It’s been a privilege to be a small part of the journey at Exton Park and watching it grow into, what is my opinion, the most exciting English sparkling wine producer.” Simon Rogan
A great evening was had by all – in particular, guests enjoyed our new Pinot Meunier Rosé Plot 4, a Limited Release wine that has been 25 years’ in the making. Find out more about this wine.

“The first time I tasted Exton Park I was astonished. The wine has a purity, clarity, but also an intensity of flavour and uniqueness of scent I'd never come across before.”Oz Clark - English Wine
“Exton Park and I share the same passion for quality, sustainability and local ingredients. Their winemaker, Corinne, mirrors the same level of precision and technique that I expect from the top chefs in my kitchens. This is why I selected Exton Park's Rosé for my restaurants.”Simon Rogan - 4 Michelin Star Chef
