Michelin Star dining at Exton Hall

Last Friday, we were lucky enough to host a spectacular dining debut at Exton Hall… award-winning chef, Simon Rogan, and his talented team from 3 Michelin Star restaurant L’Enclume in Cumbria travelled down to Exton Park to treat our guests to a seasonal four course menu.

With dishes sourced from Simon’s homegrown produce, the mouth-watering menu featured a wine flight, carefully selected by Corinne, our winemaker.

Hampshire-born chef Simon felt right at home at our 60 acre vineyard.

A great evening was had by all – in particular, guests enjoyed our new Pinot Meunier Rosé Plot 4, a Limited Release wine that has been 25 years’ in the making. Find out more about this wine.
